the Delectable entry is calling this a rosé, bit i dunno, i think it’s just young Trousseau. it’s fresh and full of raspberry and rose water with a touch of soft tannins. Broc’s wines are always a fun drink.

Hardly a rosé… chilled this drinks like Hawaiian Punch with some kind of natty funk dry finish, light and sticky. Wasn’t too sure at first, but it grew on me quickly.

@Delectable Wine I don’t believe the 21 vintage is technically a rosé (despite its almost transparent magenta color).

Anyhow, Chris Brockway has a knack for making “Hawaiian punch for grown ups wines” (and I mean this as a great compliment!) in that his wines are consistently & addictively drinkable in that fruity-glouglou-sorta-kinda-natty-but-clean-accessible way. They are wines one can drink at any occasion and that will please almost any palate, sophisticated or not.

This was one of the wines that stood out to me at the spring release this year. Trousseau with a little Zin blended in. Pomegranate, red plum, carbonic crunch, and a touch of volcanic ash spice on the finish. Fragrant and fresh.

This wine seems to change each year, orange, rose, full cluster fermentation. Anyway second trousseau I’ve had in the last month from Cali. In the best way possible I get cherry big league chew in both. This one has a ton of forest, pine juniper and fresh herbs. Maybe a hint of artichoke. I also get the slightest raspberry jam. Outstanding in any crazy description.
