Very Fruit forward. Aromas and flavors of green apple, pear, peach with some lemon/lime in the background. Hint of oak. Nice creamy texture and mouth watering acidity. Holding up well.

Apple and pear fruit, with some tropical fruit and flowers. Well balanced with acidity, minerality and oak. Really good with food. I had it with roasted salmon, Chinese egg noodles with sesame oil, and a roasted vegetable medley dressed with fish sauce and soy sauce. East meets west; yum, yum. Continuing with it after dinner I'm getting hints of vanilla, spice, caramel, and pineapple. Very nice.

$24 @ Fujioka. Medium bodied. Not as heavy as Cali Chardonnay. Great acidity. Great with lobster.
