Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon

Vintage 2014 | dark colour, brown rim. Laurel, tobacco, licorice, supple first taste, lots of character, a bit harsh and rough (was not decanted). Beautiful!

Fairly oaky. Dried herbs. Tad green but air is kind. Lean

I agree with Cathy. It needs some time in air. Wait 30 mins. Then enjoy.

Was pleasantly surprised here. Deep flavours of cherry and chocolate. Would absolutely buy again

A wonderful wine. It has aged well and should continue to do so. We enjoyed it. Highly recommended as a signature SA cab.

Much as I would expect from a SA Cabernet Sauvignon. Understated and elegant.

It's funny. I have wine stereotypes for some of the DL crew. To me, this is much more @David T and much less @Paul T or @Martin G Rivard
