This is great oloroso. Incredible depth and warmth paired with freshness and clarity. Insert all (and I mean *all*) the typical oloroso flavor notes, precise, specific and compelling. I mean, damn.

The star of the evening and one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted. Even better today than when I've had it previously. Just this crystalline purity of fruit at its core, wrapped up in intense oloroso complexity.

Medium mahogany hue. On the nose, walnut, date, honey and prune. Furniture polish. On the palate, deep, alluring and intense with a very long finish. Good acidity and surprisingly fresh. Went very well with my cheese plate. Great value.
