Blueberry and dark, but watery and rough. The bottle doesn’t say crinza. Can they stop making crinza (as in all of rioja and rbd)?? The oak is rough, the tannins not soft enough and fruit not there for the type of wine. Tastes unloved.

On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry & plum with hints of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in subtle oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character.

A bit bizarre and tad unfocused, this really needed food to be enjoyed. Showing a concerning amount of volatility, yet very generous with its cherry, sweet leather and pipe tobacco character. A real winner with charcuterie, this match seems it’s proper context.

Beau vin jeune, la robe est rubis. Le nez est passablement complexe avec des épices, muscade et cannelle, des herbes, de la lavande et des fruits rouges bien sûr. La est fort agréable, le bois est encore présent et présente des épices. C'est fort agréable.
