Cabriola Grenache Blend

Blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Mazuelo, deep Ruby red, garnet edges with aromas of berry fruits and herb spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with herbs, toasty oak and nutty notes. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and spice. Good value!

Lots going on. Herbal, earth, slight camphor and black cherry and plums. So damn good.

5/2023. Nice big Garnacha Syrah blend. Full of flavor. Dark purple.

Yet another good Spanish wine.

Appearance was deep ruby, almost garnet. Medium intensity of cherry, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, and plum aromas. On the palate a very intense flavor that matches the nose with hints of nutmeg, cocoa, leather, cedar, clove, toasted oak. Alcohol is medium+, tannin is medium, body is medium. Finish is medium + Tannin gives a very bitter intense flavor that lingers into a very smooth finish. Overall, a very intense wine that requires a little time to open up. Wine is balanced, an outstanding wine.

Big and modern

Wine red with a tint of brown. Tangy with cranberry flavor. Havent tried Spanish wine for a while.

Prior notes apply, big bold grenache with an oaky toasty note on the nose. Licorice and blackberry. Very powerful palate with a strong acid drive, a lovely blackberry note all along, a strong grip and some nice dynamics, especially that it packs 15,5% abv. The mid palate is a power house for a huge finish with blackberry, licorice, that nice oaky touch and drying tannins with a grain. It's big and bold yet the acid drive makes it consistant through and through
