Extremely high acid and saline—most of the fruit was completely muted at this stage (or it’s a stylistic choice from the vintner 🤷🏼‍♂️)

It's not often a wine smells like it's namesake, but this has strong aromas of dandelion along with tangerine, and tart green apple with hints of brine. Lovely tart lemonade-like finish, and definitely one of the better albarinos I've had.
