Etna Bianco Carricante

Pale straw yellow color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and herb spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple with slight citrus notes and herb spice. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice!

had at bubble bath, too much mineral for me, $20/glass

Agree with the rocks, mineral, citrus (lemon). I get the sulfur but don’t really mind.
