👀 unreal. Still has it. Not faded at all. Vibrant, lush, funk, and fruit

Dominated by VA. Soy sauce, fermented chili paste, bing cherry comes out with time and warming.

A bit underwhelming to be honest, though I was very excited to drink this. Secondary with fruit quite receded. Finish medium. Acid lacking. Still classic, of course, but this is Mouton after all.

Very pleasant nose, if a bit musty.

Surprisingly light for a pauillac. It went well with my lobster and Richard’s steak poive. Very enjoyable for a 29 year old wine.
