Someone says it's a unicorn and i reckon they are spot on
Nearly impossible to source in Australia
Arguably one of the best rosé in the world, the best in Italy
Surely hard to put it in a category i think the unicorn category suits it best
It's like a red that drinks like a white
Cola, mushrooms, oregano, sundried tomatoes and so much more that i can't even recall
No need to say you wanna accumulate as much as u can and i assure you if stored well this will last for longer then a decade
Ps. I nearly forgot about the Australian Open final when drinking this..nearly i said😅

Give a ring if there's anything else like it as a rose
It mingles with light reds easily, but has the fun part of a fresh rose with the complexity that unfolds over and over
The elegance is somewhere between a Volnay and a Barolo
Cola, raspberries, sweet tobacco, white choc, salted caramel, mou, forest floor, mushroom and slightly grillée
Nearly fizzy when opened
It was worth the wait
A star!!

Undisputedly one of the world’s greatest rosés, this wine has levels of complexity most pink wines can only dream of. And with age? Kill me now. 10 years on this wine smells of potpourri and dirty socks, orange peel and dried herbs. In the mouth, dried exotic citrus flavors and dried strawberries are carried across the palate in a silky mountain stream of minerality as dried flowers and a tiny hint of pink peppercorns linger in the finish. Gorgeous, layered and constantly evolving this is a wine of meditation if there ever was one.

Wow! Just wow. Hard to explain but must be tried at least once. It’s a wild wine
