Reserva Brut Cava Rosat Pinot Noir

Always fun to try a cava rosat, but one made from Pinot Noir is quite uncommon. This is a lot of fun and the unusualness of it makes me like it just even more. It’s got a wonderful strawberry toast aroma, you can feel the bubbles breaking at the surface. Bone dry and with a caramel streak, it’s definitely unique and a nice take on the style.

Lots of strawberry notes, almost tastes like sparkling cider.

Easily one of the best values in sparkling wine that you can get! This cava does contain Pinot noir making it a bit more modern. 12 months of lees aging gives it a little bready richness along with tart strawberries and bright raspberry hints.
