Trout Gulch Vineyard Chardonnay

The most natural American oyster wine ever. Focussed minerality of a GC Chablis, essence of salt brine, laser intensity and tension. Blown away. Can easily spend 5+ years in the cellar and get even more interesting.

Very clear and crisp. Light footed with good structure. Nice and blanched. Not a bruise and the better for it

Crystal clear white flowers, lemon pith, and a whiff of butterscotch, all filtered through wet pavement mineralogy that is electrifying.

One day I’ll let one of these age. Usually excellent blend of acid, mineral and citrus.

Lemon curd and a zesty acidity that lands with some sweetness and then bite.

Pairing with an avocado really mellowed this wine out and made it delicious.

Lots of tension and bright lemon citrus flavor. Touch of lime.

Had a creamy taste to it

Pale gold. Lemon, minerals, high acidity and bitterness level. Crisp, sinewy wine. Apple skin, green melon, paraffin, freshly cut green herbs. Many users say they find this Chablis-esque, and I can see that.

After a day in the fridge this is slightly richer and less restrained. Very nice wine.. 👍🏻

Really nice

Agreeing with other reviews, this is very much in the style of Chablis. That is perhaps accentuated by its present youth.
