Feeling this on another sweltering day—tangy lemon lime, white flowers, peach, salt and crushed shells. Makes me want to kick my feet up on a porch, or be on a beach in Santorini, or maybe a porch with a view of the beach.

Mineral nose with petrol. Bright lemon, petroleum and a fair amount of acidity reminds me of how assyrtiko used to be.
