Cosco - cherry morello galore really in your face. Hint bitter quite mellowed out with pizza and pasta can’t go wrong. Get it!!!!!!

Really enjoyable wine. Definitely one of the best Barbera’s I’ve had. Blackberry and cherry with solid acidity. Fine with cacio e pepe. Sorry it’s gone!

Nizza was a sub zone of Barbera d’Asti and elevated to DOCG in 2014.

The nose shows ripe cherry, blackberry, and violet, accented by subtle spice and a hint of mocha. The palate is medium-to-full bodied yet concentrated, with lightly candied fruits and supple tannins. Needs food.

Earthy, mineral, dark fruits, structured, balanced acidity, good weight and length, excellent Barbera!!
