This is a delicious biodynamic PG, more lively and robust than I’ve had in awhile. Has an oily, age-worthy, swirl to it and a nice golden straw color. Looks unfiltered. Honeyed pear and golden apple notes.

100 % Pinot Grigio. Biodynamicly grown.
Founded 1823 , they have 140 acres under vine.
Bright straw yellow colour.
Ripe apple, melon and pear..
Savoury, earthy, rich and complex.
Dried herbs and rich textures .
One part pressed immediately, another part kept15 hours on skin contact and the rest in contact with stems and skins for 1 year.

Chicken, red curry and coconut milk. This Porer (pinot grigio) went perfect with it and stood up against the spicy food. Good stuff!
