@Delectable this is the “Misto Mare.” A brand new field blend from Lageder comprised of 20 grapes from vineyards converting to biodynamics. Just the slightest blush in the glass. Jasmine, fuzzy peach, and stone fruit stuffed with minerals. Well textured. Insane packaging. Another QPR banger.

This is a delicious biodynamic PG, more lively and robust than I’ve had in awhile. Has an oily, age-worthy, swirl to it and a nice golden straw color. Looks unfiltered. Honeyed pear and golden apple notes.

Bright straw yellow colour.
Ripe apple, melon and pear..
Savoury, earthy, rich and complex.
Dried herbs and rich textures .
One part pressed immediately, another part kept15 hours on skin contact and the rest in contact with stems and skins for 1 year.
This is not a simple Pinot Grigio.
It needs food.
