#Schiava #wine. Moderate tannin, mild acid. Dont think it was flawed, but the cork was dry and wine showed slight oxidation for a 2015. We'll give another bottle a shot. Showed aging beyond its year.

Хлебная корочка, зеленая яблочная кожура и лайм. Чисто. Полный вкус с небольшой сладинкой, но при этом бодрой уравновешивающей кислотностью. Странно для шарда как стиля, но оверолл хорошо.

Nice surprise. It's fresh but mature. Sweet and gentle nose with pear and apple. Then on the palate I found citrus and some pleasant tropical notes. And it has a buttery gentleness that soothes citruses
