Concentrated cherry jam, hint of clay earthiness, hint of red pepper grind on the nose. Medium plus body, med p acidity, fruity cherry and strawberry and vitter structure comes togther on the palate, quite structured chambolle for me. Medium fijish with minerality and structure. Everything is quite balanced. Drunk with egg with red wine sauce / roasted duck. 13% abv.
