Medium lemon color with stone fruits, citrus, biscuit and honeysuckle aromas, On the palate fresh apple and pear flavors with floral and lemon citrus notes. Long finish, ending with fruit and yeasty mineral notes. Very nice.

A really fantastic Albarino that brings wonderful complexity and depth. The nose is a blend of pear skin, golden apple, honeysuckle, and yeast. Has some floral finesse as well. The lees aging does it some wonders as it drinks beautifully following a perfectly lined balance of acidity and creaminess. A flourish of almonds, a dash of citrus, and a long fulfilling finish.

Geeky albariño, more floral/fruit than salinity. Great texture, a big apple note, secondary notes of bitter almond, citrus, long finish. Really cool stuff.

Buttery, high acidity, pungent and flavorful. Pairs nicely with seafood.

Albariño on lees. Fun wine—a bit one-note, but lovely texture. A kick of acidity & complexity would take this beyond being merely delicious.

Nose and palate of lychee. Medium mouth feel, slightly sweet / dessert wine aspect. Really lovely and not what you’d expected from a normal Albariño. Funk and structure from being fermented on the lees
