State of Brewing Scottish ale. Aldi advent beer. Auburn, red-brown amber. Cream colored head echoes creamy wash of lacing that breaks to chicken bone divination and ant-farm spelunking, and finally to Keith Haring tic-tacs until cobwebs. Malty notes poke through earthy hole of coffee, mocha, and shaved dark chocolate with clove and nutmeg and black mushroom. Coffee emerges strong and all malt lies buried, but it is cold brew, medium body and flatter through creaminess. Lingering arabica.
