Lovely expression of #albarino from #carneros - This is best with a solid chill - 12°C or so. Tart citrus aromas, lemon oil, nice acidity on the palate with a pleasantly bitter grapefruit rind bitterness on the finish. Quite a nice pairing with moderately spiced Thai food if you don’t want to go with conventional wisdom of Riesling. — 2 years ago
#riasbaixas #albarino with lemon, saline aromas followed by some herb + wild onion. Salinity carries through on the palate, medium weight, nice layers of flavor. Paired well with a melon gazpacho despite the sweetness of the soup, as this is a touch off-dry. — 4 years ago
