Foradori

Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego 2015

Same night that I opened up the dame de montrose with age I also opened up this lovely number and I actually ended up drinking it with our steak while my partner drink the Bord. I just love these wines they are so pure and delicious! Dark fruit and earth but juicy and fresh! — 5 years ago

@Sarah O'Kelley nice compliment to what looks like a yummy rib eye.

Chateau Montelena

The Montelena Estate Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

2003 vintage. Still tons of structure with plenty of grip on the finish. A commensurate amount of fruit plenty evident. Solid effort with years ahead of it. — 5 years ago

Apparently I forgot that I opened one a couple of months ago and thought the same thing. I need to tuck these away in a forgotten part of my cellar.

Château La Croix St. Georges

Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend 2005

This La Croix St Georges never disappoints. Perhaps a lesser known Pomerol producer but always solid quality - textbook Pomerol. — 5 years ago

Yohan Lardy

Vieilles Vignes de 1903 Moulin-à-Vent Gamay 2017

Ethereal & elegant. Spicy raspberry & cherry notes with fresh acid & mild tannins. Aromatics are the star as those flavor notes are magnified and expressive. Great producer — 5 years ago
