Vieilles Vignes de 1903 Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

Opulent and focused at the same time... bright berry nose with cherry and cassis and creme de violet, but also wet river rocks, rose perfume, such a pure expression of fruit and minerals on the palate. Beautiful acidity and the gentlest of velvety tannins. Beautifully composed, delicate and fascinating. Drinking so well right now but should have the structure and delicacy to improve with bottle age.

Medium+ bodied, bright strawberries, delicious

This had lots of dark fruits, spice with a core of mineral & violet. Balanced with complex flavors that is drinking well.

So much going on here showing lots of sweet black fruits, spice box, with notes of mineral, glycerin & violets

Ethereal & elegant. Spicy raspberry & cherry notes with fresh acid & mild tannins. Aromatics are the star as those flavor notes are magnified and expressive. Great producer
