Palate : cranberry. Elegant. Spice. As this opens more wild crazy blackberries. Fantastic.

Unbeatable. This vintage really is. Words can not do justice to this wine. Just trust me. Gnarly finish . So complex. A lot of layers. The finish is like a god damn flower. Fuck yes.

Admittedly, I drank the most of this lithe young dancer. So in the pocket and generous with a substantial frame. Great producer.

Jul 22nd, 2023Earthy bark nose. Crushed marble. Smokey, earthy, dark fruit, smoked cherries? Lots of tannins. Peach Pit. A unicorn wine. Unlike everything else one comes across as a Pinot right now. I would say drink now or in 2-3 years. 2020 was warm.
