Paired with Thai curry. Would have been better if food was more spicy and wine more chilled. Not my usual style, so felt interesting. Low on aromatics. Pale straw color. Peach, petro, didn’t pick up on minerality first night. Nice funk. Continues to open up as we drink it. Low alcohol at 9.5%. $22.
