Going along with a themed vertical of Togni Estate reds, I had this 1980 Cuvaison Chardonnay to begin the evening. He was the winemaker at the time. Outperformed expectations...very honeyed in color, mounds of flint, another fun example of well stored aged Cali wines. — 8 years ago
