High Sands McLaren Vale Grenache 2016

This wine displays classic Grenache aromas and flavors of black cherry, black raspberry, cola, red plums, and blackberry along with hints of vanilla, white pepper, and roses. This powerful wine has fine-grained tannins, intense fruit components and a very complex finish. It has beautifully rich color, soft acids, smooth tannins, dense black fruit components, and a long-textured finish. It is a very small production wine so get it when you can find it! $100 — 2 months ago

Lovely stuff. Beautifully balanced and deliciously versatile; a nice food friendly alternative to riesling and chardonnay. — 23 days ago

Single Vineyard Shiraz 2016

Wild red fruit bomb with spicy and leathery notes. Amazing nose for this 2016 “cooler” climate parcel of this Shiraz. Good length and pairs well with lamb. Summer in canada is awesome! — 10 months ago

Cadenzia McLaren Vale Grenache Blend 2006

GSM mix from McClaren Vale. Dark cherries, pencil lead, black pepper, plum. Very happy with it after letting it mellow since 2006. Very smooth and enjoyable now. — 2 years ago

The Peake Cabernet Shiraz 2014

Tasted this new wine with Chris Carpenter who makes "Lokoya" in Napa Valley. Chris is making this wine at Yangarra. The nose is sweet perfumed blackberries, dark cherries, black plum, tarry notes, licorice & dried red florals. The wine on the palate is pretty, soft and elegant dark florals, plum, dark cherries, blackberries, soft wood use, soft leather, soft darker minerals, crushed dry rocks, violets, anise, mocha powder and a lean ripe finish that deepens on the long beautiful finish. — 3 years ago

Yes, it is. However, good this wine is, keep in mind it's made in an Australian style. It's not Lokoya.
