Needed 30 minutes but what it really needed is 24 hours and it’s getting that. Will report back later. Ahh yeah. 24 hours later this is stunning. Elegant and aristocratic. The sheer class of this is so impressive. Nose has lime zest, vanilla extract, and palate has that 10% opulence hit that just soars into the jagged juicy edges of the finish. 9.5 to 9.7 overnight. Wow this has opened up. Nose is so 21 and super steely, citrus, floral and skeletal. Palate is luscious, juicy and nervy with gorgeous fleshy fruit and unreal density yet lightness. Awesome. Such a stark yet beautiful wine. Nose is ultra mineral and the palate is pure as a the most elite Icelandic glacial melt. Just gorgeous. Showing out of its mind. So round like 22 can be and for a high acid estate this vintage is tops at Molitor. — 9 months ago

White Cap. Rocking bottle of Domprobst. One of my favorite sites. Sweet or dry. Nose is all mineral powder, some mineral chunks, lime zest, green apple skins, some other deep mineral scents and scant white flowers. Palate is full bodied and dense but also silky and impossibly dry yet ripe. What a tightrope. Juicy and barely sweet but really just ripe and mineral. Sweet tart vibes. So good.
