Tasted orange/orange rind, a bit of red pepper, but also smooth on the finish! Had at Noma. — 4 months ago
This is really a fun pét-nat. Apple/blueberry cider wine from Sweden! You can smell the blueberries a mile away, even though the juice is a beautiful deep red. It remains fresh and light, quite playful really. A little touch of effervescent makes it interesting and easy to drink. Good strong finish and a total crowd pleaser while remaining fun for the nerds. — a year ago

Had at Karakterre 2023. Three thumbs up! — 7 months ago
I am a sucker for anything muscat-like. This was no exception! Would serve closer to room temperature than too cold to bring out all the flavor and complexity. Mineral, herby and spicy with a soft edge to it. Reminds me of a Bini 🥰 — 2 years ago
Another genius nose the the Baden Master of Wine. So stoney with oodles of pit fruits. Clean and expansive nose with huge minerals and an airy cloud like ephemerality. Gorgeous elite grapiness as well but this is a young nose that is a bit unformed but one can see the genius here. This will take a bit to unfurl. Some herbals and sugar snap peas develop as well. Complex and juicy but so reserved right now. The length and depth let one know this has a lot to say even if it is quiet right now. Very very persistent with vivid fruit skin details.
The nose is coming alive now with a scents of grape skins, herbs, forest floor, rubber and tree bark. So complex. What an unfurling. Palate has classic bee sting. A honeyed richness followed by acid that collects on the tip of the tongue. This so fruit skin focused and pure. So so unique and delicious but it needs more time. I will be back.

Pinotman /// Andreas
Alfred Hrdlicka label - borderline almost X-rated. Wine excellent. I really do like his whites. At Vino Carta in San Diego. White pepper, lemon and Gooseberries - Great stuff / One of the benchmark wines folks should try. Was introduced at Bells in Los Alamos to this winery. Needs about. 1 hour to open up. — 3 months ago
