件の豪州ペンフォールズプロジェクトのブルゴーニュ、メルカリLadセールショップで税込2280円。同じく最後の2016年もの。ブルは高くて飲み慣れておらず、評価が難しい…。それでもメドックやサンテミリオンほどの衝撃はないものの、(これも高くなった)加州ピノ5千円クラスには匹敵するかと。ネガティブなところは一切ありません。ブル好きならもっと適切な評価ができるかも。3千円台残り上位バージョンも一応手に入れております。

Charming Pinot-Noir that is a great pleasure reminiscent of the wines we taste in Sancerre, Menetou-Salon or Reuilly more than Burgundy. Simple but in good balance, with a cold extraction that brings out a maximum of fruit and variety notes. Here no eyeshadow, breeding hiding anything. It's gourmet, authentic at an affordable price. The PN is respected and delivers in a simple way, perfect light bodied wine. The only problem: the bottle empties very quickly. So to drink by two!

Charmant Pinot-Noir qui rappelle avec grand plaisir les vins qu’on goûte du côté de Sancerre, Menetou-Salon ou Reuilly plus que la Bourgogne. Simple mais au bel équilibre, avec une extraction à froid qui fait ressortir un maximum de fruit et de notes variétales. Ici pas de fard, d’élevage cachant quoi que ça soit. C’est gourmand, authentique à prix abordable. Le PN est respecté et se livre et de manière authentique en toute simplicité, parfait light bodied wine. Seul problème: la bouteille se vide très vite. Ce Pinot Noir d'entrée de gamme figure parmi les références incontournables du célèbre ouvrage "Les 1001 vins à boire dans sa vie", témoignant de sa qualité remarquable malgré son positionnement tarifaire accessible.
Examen visuel
Belle robe rubis aux reflets brillants, limpide et d'une intensité moyenne.
Nez
Expressif et séduisant, dominé par un beau fruit frais. Notes de cerise mûre et de fraise des bois se mêlant élégamment à des nuances d'épices douces (cannelle, clou de girofle). Une intrigante touche d'iode apporte une dimension saline et minérale qui complexifie l'ensemble.
Bouche
Attaque franche et fraîche, avec une belle acidité qui structure le vin et lui confère une grande vivacité. Le fruit s'exprime pleinement, particulièrement la cerise qui persiste en milieu de bouche. Tanins fins et soyeux. Finale élégante et savoureuse, d'une longueur moyenne, laissant une impression de fraîcheur.
Conclusion
Un Pinot Noir californien d'une belle fraîcheur et d'un équilibre remarquable, illustrant parfaitement le savoir-faire d'Au Bon Climat. À savourer avec patience compte tenu des droits de douane qui en limitent l'accès. — 8 months ago

2019 vintage. Pinot Noir from Burgundy, Grand Vins de Bourgogne. This is an appellation wine from a thin, sloped strip of land called the Cote de D’or then you travel to a hillside in the Joseph Drouhin vineyard for Gevrey-Chambertin. This is a delicious wine. It’s designated as an intro wine from the region — appellation. The pinot noir vineyards in Burgundy trace back to medieval times. Button mushroom and spice on the nose. A light, Balanced, silky, long finish, cherry, Pomegranate, a bit of potting soil moderate acidity that is balanced with low tannins. Get a case. If this is classified as an appellation wine from producer Joseph Drouhin, I can’t wait to try a Villages and Crus. — a year ago

Poured blind. Nose of cabernet sauvignon. Estate was located in Grignan, ie current CdR orbit (but post-war labeling hilarity / historical reference to classical Kingdom of Burgundy with capital at Arles?). Fascinating, dazzling, unexplainable. Color guesses ran ‘70s (totally clear rim, some super thin hint of browning, but still very pure dark core running almost to the edge before). Great length, but again blind we all called cabernet nose for the minty, cedary character. Body maybe suggested some cinsault, but we were all way off mark served blind. It has become difficult to have the appellation and label corrections on @Delectable especially since this cuvée is ephemeral... Regardless, here is my note of an exciting wine:
A vinous champagne with an elegance reminiscent of the beautiful white wines of burgundy. Refined nose, white fruits, mineral, multi-dimensional ageing. The body is both light with discreetly persistent bubbles, (we are far from soda champagnes, with coarse bubbles) and vibrant. The finish is long and saline with a vibrating material that unfolds for a long time. Can age and develop hazelnut notes, dried fruits, in a charming way.

Il est devenu difficile d’avoir les corrections d’appellation et d’étiquette sur @Delectable, d’autant que cette cuvée est éphémère…
Peu importe, voici ma note d’une vin passionnant:
Un champagne vineux avec une élégance qui rappelle les beaux vins blancs de bourgogne. Nez raffiné, fruits blancs, minéral, élevage aux multiples dimensions. Le corps est à la fois leger avec des bulles discrètement persistantes, (on est loin des champagnes soda, à bulles grossières) et vibrant. La finale est longue et saline avec une belle matière qui se déploie longtemps. Peut vieillir et développer des notes noisette, fruits secs, de manière charmante. — 2 years ago
