Nose: white and yellow flowers. Not as great as the 21 after 30 minutes.

Palate: complex isa subtle way. Green apple. Lemon. Mineral. Exquisite balance.

Long and persistent.

Deep gold. Abundant nose of dried apples and golden raisins. Sturdy full-bodied palate echoes the nose with a hint of yellow flowers. Strikingly firm acidity from entry to finish. Has clearly held up well over the decades, and is showing graciously now. A tasty treat in its own, but really shines paired with tarte tatin. — 7 years ago

Beautiful day for a Rose. Orangey pink and very clear. Lush red fruits on the nose, covered with strawberries and slight undertones of citrus. Very refreshing. Slightly savory and woody as soon as it was opened. After breathing for a few minutes there was some dark chocolate notes. Low tannins (4,5/10) with moderate, and crisp acidity. Moderate body and slightly dry moderate finish. Very interesting Rose, started out with some white wine characteristics (crisp acidity) and developed red wine characteristics (tannins and body). Drink till 2020. — 10 years ago
