This has finally hit its stride. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was since the first bottle I opened years ago seemed flat. It just needed lots of time. — 4 years ago
Just delicious, well balanced, smooth tannins. Drinking well now but has plenty of life left too — 4 months ago
Great wine combining southern burgundy richness, use of luxurious oak, great acidity and low alc levels. Wonder how this ages.. Tx @Jan A for pointing this one out!. — 6 months ago
Cherries, raspberries and a hint of minty chocolate, high alcohol packed in minirality. Very pleasant — 9 months ago
Good Argentinian Cabernet. Mendoza is becoming a serious powerhouse in wine. Their Malbecs are impressive and now they are producing quality Cabs. $30 for a 1.5 L from Total Wines. — 10 months ago

Highly rated for a reason. It’s quite good. — 6 months ago
This wine is inky dark, with no light getting through the glass. Black fruit provides the sweet part of the nose, while tar, earth, tobacco, and coffee cover the savory side. Blackberry and plum flavors are joined on the palate by earthy minerals and a brisk acidity. The tannins are firm and seem to eagerly await a pairing with some beef. It’s a delicious wine, so if you’re not pairing it with food, that’s okay. — 7 months ago

Elegant and very aromatic, it’s a bit lighter than other Malbecs. But very juicy bold. — a month ago
