Estasiato da questa bevuta che mi ha spinto a ricercare maggiori informazioni sull'etichetta in questione che non conoscevo, seppur abbia bevuto più volte il classico Vigna della Congregazione. Leggo quindi "L'Edoardo Valentini dell'Irpinia, solo lui poteva fare un vino così" (Alessio Pietrobattista), e leggo su Tipicamente a firma Paolo De Cristofaro di una sensazione riduttiva-minerale tremendamente affascinante. Tanto basta ❤️

Unfortunately I am not that good
I just saw that "La gatta" on the wine list and thought that Giancarlo owner of La Gatta mangiona" was likely to have that wine on the list, but not necessarily, I just wondered so I thought to ask
I know that at Roscioli in Rome they used to work with Valentini sfuso and I never got the chance to taste it though . I will make it happen one day, by now I am just a little jealous 😜😜
I am so far away that isn't gonna happen for a while 😭😭
