Great Sicilian craft beer! Stronger version of a blonde ale. Highly recommend — 8 years ago
Tart cherries, wonderful acidity for structure. Low alcohol (13.2%) west of west and in pursuit of balance style. Great with food. Will benefit from a few Ulysses age, but is good now. — 10 years ago
Ulysses might be my favorite Champers producer at the moment. Always stringing the balance of luxury and finesse. So delish it should be illegal. — 11 years ago

Was excited to try this and very happy to find that it met expectations. Ulysses Valdez is famous enough for his vineyards and the former Marcassin team makes the wine. So glad this wasn't in an overdone style, instead balanced and restrained but bursting with fruit. Can't wait to try more. — 7 years ago

This isn’t a cab that whispers—it roars, with deep blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and a hint of cigar box that smells like old money and good decisions. The tannins are firm but polished, like they’ve been around the block and know exactly when to kick in. It’s bold, it’s structured, and it’s not messing around. Pair it with a thick, bloody steak, good conversation, and elegant lies—your guest will believe almost anything you say. — 21 days ago
