Termes Toro Tinto de Toro 2017

Delectable Wine
9.2

The 2017 Termes is a lush, inviting wine that’s packed with concentrated, sharply defined dark fruit and floral character. Spice and pipe tobacco nuances emerge with air and carry through a very long, gently tannic and perfumed finish. $22.00 (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, January 2021) — 9 days ago

Post Quercus Tinto Baga 2018

One of my favorites. Low toned red fruits with purple floral aromatics and earthy silky finish. 2018 finally in a 750ml format! Awesome. — 19 hours ago

Tinto Pesquera Crianza Ribera del Duero Tempranillo 2015

100% Tempranillo from vines aging between 20 and 40 years old. Deep Ruby with aromas of Berry fruits and fragrant smoky oak. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with vanilla and cacao. Nice balanced with acidity, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and mineral tones. — 16 days ago

Benje Tenerife Tinto 2018

Alder Yarrow
9.3

Quite reduced at first, with lots of struck match and brimstone funk, but with some air this blossomed into a crunchy lean boysenberry and sour cherry medley mixed with chopped herbs and deeply stony minerality. Great acidity. Taste the volcano mateys! From the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands of Spain, this mostly Listan Prieto (aka Mission or Pais) with a little of Tintillo, red wine is light on the palate and quite refreshing. Sulfur is added only at bottling, otherwise this juice is simply put into old barrels to do its thing. — 22 days ago
