The Rabbit Hole

Rabbit Ranch

Central Otago Pinot Noir 2021

2021 vintage. New Zealand’s South Island continues to deliver. Light berry hue in color, rustic red almost brick red at the rim. Vanilla, spice, with a touch of smoke on the nose, blackberry and cherry on the palette. Medium to low bodied, smooth finish, paired exceptionally well with barbecue chicken breast, asparagus, and sweet potato. Would definitely enjoy again. — 16 days ago

Antoniolo

Gattinara Nebbiolo 2015

Beautiful cherry, flowery nose, with just enough tannin to keep it all together. The right accompaniment for ragu, and rabbit agnolotti. — 4 years ago

Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2018

One of the few times I gave a wine time to open up and decanted it. Very smooth and even my husband enjoyed a few sips (not a wine drinker). I have a few bottles of 2019 and am wondering how they will compare — 6 years ago
