A middle of the road wine. Not jammy, but without strong oak or tannins. Acidic and mineral, but not complex. An easy drinking wine that would pair well with anything tomato based. — 6 years ago
This is light and crisp and ethereal. One of my favorite sparkling wines. Perfect for people that don’t prefer the heavier Chardonnay based champagnes. — 7 years ago
Crisp lemon and apple for summer. Similar to a Sauvignon blanc — 6 years ago
Soft, but enough tannin not to feel “thin”. Cranberry and spice. I’m not a huge fan of Pinot noirs, but this is completely enjoyable. — 6 years ago
Definitely still a young wine. Would let it sit to let more of the tannins and leather notes develop. — 7 years ago
This wine is solid and fruit forward with medium tannins. A solid choice. — 6 years ago
A tangy and refreshing Riesling — 6 years ago
Light, crisp, green apple. Perfect for the Texas heat and humidity. — 6 years ago
This is earthy and spicy on the nose and has tannins like a crisp shirt collar. Cranberry and pepper on the finish. I would be really curious to see how this develops in a couple of years. — 7 years ago

Fruit forward but not sweet. Not a stand out, but great for drinking during the summer. — 6 years ago
