The Dotted Line

Cecchetti Wine Company

Line 39 California Chardonnay 2022

This wine has a golden tint in the glass. The nose offers much fruit, such as citrus, apple, and apricot notes. The palate is soft and creamy, with acidity fresh, but not as racy as I remember it. The fruit flavors stand out still. I have cooked with thus wine before, but this time it helped a tomatillo guacamole go down nicely. — 9 days ago

Enjoyed this while making dinner and prepping for Thanksgiving meal. Loved the smoothness and slight berry flavor. Adam also liked it saying “no bite, I like it.” LoL — 3 years ago

San Antonio Valley Syrah

A very reasonably priced bottle. Sadly half of it went to the dish I was cooking, but it was delicious with a slow-cooked pork in wine sauce. — 5 years ago

Line 39 California Sauvignon Blanc

Bought as a half bottle to pair with homemade crab cakes, asparagus, and pan-fried chips. Lovely pale yellow color, fresh citrus and grass aroma and taste (with a hint of my favorite: green bell pepper) with a moderate alcohol sting on the back end. — a year ago
