This wine is clear, pale ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of raspberries, cloves, and hibiscus; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of cherries, strawberries, and dried leaves with a long finish. Back label on this 2021 bottling identifies Saint Laurent as the varietal and claims "the wine is part of the project 'Primi Vini' for grapes that ripen early, enabling the wine to be put on the market earlier. I don't know if this means it is a Nouveau style/carbonic maceration or just refers to the precociousness of the variety.
