Light body with a touch of acidity and kind of a woody flavor. A bit of sweetness too it as well. Not too intense, well balanced. Enjoyed it and would get again — 4 years ago

Oh wow that nose! Tar, oak, vanilla, blackberry, cherry... That's an intense nose. The palate is well designed with a great acid drive, some extreme width, some thick matter on the sides, you could chew through it... The mid palate is made of massive sphere of fun with gentle, caressing tannins, before a great finish with oaky notes, that tannic layer and these blackberry and cherry notes that last for ever. I’d say medium to medium plus dryness. Exactly where I want it. Delicious smokiness on the nose, with a nice spice and good heat. I really like the balance of the wine and would definitely put it toward the top of my list — 3 years ago
