Dynamite with Guinness lamb stew. Aged in bourbon barrels, what a concept. Still youthful. Will be fun to see how it ages. — a month ago

Had to capture the contrast between the cobalt blue sky and the lava lamp neon orange skin fermented wine. Reminiscent of a Jules Verne novel.
Oranges and apricots in the bouquet blend with honey bee pollen aromas.
Sips of this are sun kisses showering down from the skies as rays of refreshing , thirst quenching flavor.
Clementine surf on a spindrift of apricots cresting into a thyme undercurrent.
Despite having a considerable amount of sediment, which I allowed to diffuse into the elixir, I couldn’t detect much of the funky notes they warn you of. Just rounded out sips of pleasure and satisfaction.
Simply, simply love this. — 4 months ago
Nice clean flavor? Smooth and light. Excellent price point cab. — 14 days ago
Very smooth. Not too sweet, great vanilla berry taste. Not over-bearing despite higher ABV. — 2 months ago
Opened this while making fresh sweet corn and foraged chanterelle risotto. What a treat to enjoy it developing while stirring rice! The corn in the dish brought out a lemon oil in the wine while the mushrooms brought out an almost skunky earthiness. This is such a big and complex wine! Fun to enjoy it develop over time. — 2 months ago
Laithwaites from diane. Really nice and balanced would have again — 20 days ago
Pleasantly surprised by this one. Young but approachable. I believe this will really shine in about 5 years when it becomes more integrated. Intense nose. Powerful big body. Oak along with blue and black fruit. Somewhat grippy tannins bringing it all together. Nice Bordeaux, Shake Shack, and Tour de France, it’s a good night. — a month ago
