Cherry. Earthy. Touch smokey. Touch bitter. Spice. Good but not a burgh like wine despite the low%. but a good effort. A little rough around the edges. — 6 months ago

A bit earthy for my taste — 6 years ago
This is great right now. Well balanced. Tart fruits of cherry and cranberry leading to some darker fruits and flowers with an end of baking spice. If there’s good acidity that makes you come back for more. Awesome with food. This could go with so many dishes. It’s so clean and yet has the goods to shine. — 2 months ago
Tightly controlled, very clear colour, light colour, mineral and cherries showing — 6 months ago
This is a great version of a California Zin. Nice notes of spice and pairs so well with a red meat meal. Found this on sale and will go get more while I can. Love the label and the cork. I am under a thunderstorm warning and this is so nice to watch the clouds rolling. Get some. — 4 years ago

So good right now. Grapefruit, some grass, saline, more citrus and apple. Tart. Great in 95 degree weather in palm desert with a bbq chicken dinner. The acidity is just perfect. — 3 months ago
This is such a great wine. So fresh, so much herb, bright red fruit, some white pepper. Always been good. — 9 months ago
Delicious Russian River Pinot Noir! — a year ago
Fresh with pinpoint tannins and vibrant, juicy acids. Very Santa Barbara with fresh picked red berries and garrigue. Rustic and intense but also creamy on the finish. — 3 years ago

This is a bigger wine than I remember. More brawny. A lot of baking spice and also spices in general. Almost a cumin component. There’s a lot of fruit but it is richer and darker cherry and berry. I’m guessing this will integrate better over time. — 22 days ago
