Quite light green tinged . Restrained fresh apple peel ,
camomile and sea breeze notes . On the palate quite strict salivating acidity with more green fruits , along with the camomile and mineral , chalky, wet stone element . Quite lean with just a hint of sweetness to balance with ok length. Young but enjoyable for now and the next 5 -8 years or so — 4 months ago

Late release after prolonged bottle aging at the producers cellar.
Nicely evolved and very elegant! not too loud with ripe lemons & shy peach. A touch waxy.
On the palate this is rounder & fuller, nice creamy palate but also the juicy, mineral acidity of Rheingau. So elegant, evolved yet with amazing freshness! Wowza! This is just stunning!! — 7 months ago
