Yes yes yes.
This has lots of wonderful flavors: it's crisp and refreshing, with asian-pear notes and even a hint of smoke on the finish. Very complex and delicious.
We drank it for a toast — much to everyone's delight. We also paired it with a gnocchi and Brussel sprout dish, full of parmesan and lemon. This is a wonderful food-friendly wine. Don't limit your enjoyment of this to toasts: make a whole meal around it! — 2 years ago
12-19-20. Julia bought it at Heinen’s. Great with Brussels sprout pasta. — 4 years ago
Vintage 2021 | Vieilles Vignes Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Lovely sun-drenched cherries, spicyness and oops-tannins, so I gave this 4,5 hours in decanter. Creaminess as result. I a very happy with this Minervois that got a Coup de Coeur in Hachette. Paired with venison stew, beetroot, Brussels sprout and a curries pointed cabbage. And cheese. Incredible good p/q ratio. — 3 months ago
Let this one open up. It has the depth to match with earthy dishes like a crimini mushroom and Brussel sprout sautéed. And it’s clean enough to work with a citrus roasted salmon. — 3 years ago
This is a Postino exclusive wine I got with my partner! It’s deep, fruity, and easy to drink. It paired beautifully with a brussel sprout salad topped dried cherries and spicy almonds. Easily my favorite Syrah so far. — 4 months ago
What a rich, rounded and wonderful wine!
Paired with a shaved Brussel sprout salad and it was marvelous. The structure was still there after 17 years but the mouthfeel was rounded and smooth. Just a delight. — 2 years ago

A wine that highlights on the palate secret flavors camouflaged by velvety tannins from cabernet franc. It exudes a captivating mixture of insinuating minerals to sprout from the earth to the fruits. Lovers who enjoy the pleasure of mutual donation from the region's climate. A wine to make love. A great enemy to defy time. Wine to drink for two or surprise friends. — 5 years ago

Vintage 2018 | tasted and drunk over three days. With this cuvée Montdoyen challenges at Cru Bourgeois level. Made from 80 % cabernet franc and 20 % cabernet sauvignon. 14 months barrel aging. Montdoyen is situated in Monbazillac/Bergerac. Impressive in smell and taste with nice red fruit, vanilla and good structure. Paired with a steak and Brussels sprout. Curious to cellar and see what happens. High priced, so moderate p/q. — 3 months ago
