Vintage 2021 | Vieilles Vignes Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Lovely sun-drenched cherries, spicyness and oops-tannins, so I gave this 4,5 hours in decanter. Creaminess as result. I a very happy with this Minervois that got a Coup de Coeur in Hachette. Paired with venison stew, beetroot, Brussels sprout and a curries pointed cabbage. And cheese. Incredible good p/q ratio.
