One of the great offerings from Top and @Stanley Barrios the Wine Nerd Herd had the opportunity to taste from a shiner bottle and was impressed then. Now in “bottle” mineral accented by wild strawberry and wet stone. Dried flowers and layers of ripe cherries create a great offering.
EDIT-I’m upping my score, as this warms up in the glass I get a viscous mouthfeel that draws me back for more. — 4 years ago
Yes this was 95. Couldn't take pic as it was from a shiner. Magical wine and in a perfect place. What a way to start a week in Burgundy!! — 7 years ago
Very interesting and I like it a lot. Refreshing like a Pilsner but bold like an IPA — 9 years ago
Yes it was a 2007 as once again it was in a 375 shiner. Totally fooled on this. More dense than I would've expected for 07. A touch reduced but not in too funky of a way. Learned some interesting things about reduction tonight from Diana and Jeremy. How it's much more likely to occur with properties using Biodynamic farming practices. Fascinating. — 7 years ago

floral, a little spicy, very dry. Maybe projection, but I notice the cactus water and it’s pleasent. Good and unique IPA. — 9 months ago
