Between partial carbonic maceration and oak aging. The perfect expression of Beaujolais-bourguignon gamay. Airy and concentrated mouth, red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), gourmet bubble gum, even regressive. More serious spicy notes perfectly balance the bouquet, linked by herbal peppery notes. One of the basics to me. Exactly the kind of wine you find as a buddy.
Entre macération carbonique partielle et élevage en fût. L’expression parfaite du gamay Beaujolais-bourguignon. Bouche aérienne et concentrée, fruits rouges (fraise, framboise, cerise), bubble-gum gourmand, voir régressif. Des notes plus sérieuses épicées équilibrent parfaitement le bouquet, liaison générale constituées par les notes herbacées et poivrées. L’un des fondamentaux. I love everything Johan is doing! This is now my favorite mid-week Pinot. Unfiltered dark cherry notes with spice that hits just right. A crowd pleaser for B and Shan. I also love his 2 higher tier Pinots and the gruner was really interesting (blended, skin contact - reminiscent of an orange wine but an interesting expression of the grape). — 5 years ago

Frutos negros en sabor y olor. Regusto sabor higo y arándanos. Delicioso, solo eso sí, si no te agradan los vinos salados, este no es tu vino. Los vinos de la Ribera del Guadiana me recuerdan mi visita a Cáceres, la patria de Hernán Cortés, muy ácidos, ideal en un corte como Sirlon o Arrachera. Los vinos europeos no suelen ser tan salados, como los de México o Sudamérica pero éste es riquísimo.
Black fruits in flavor and smell. Incredible taste flavor figs and blueberries. Delicious, only that if you do not like salty wines, this is not your wine. The Ribera del Guadiana wines remind me of my visit to Cáceres, the homeland of Hernán Cortés, very acid, ideal in a cut like Sirlon or Arrachera. European wines are not usually as salty, like those in Mexico or South America but this one is delicious. — 7 years ago
