Aged Alicante Bouschet. Not the Petite Verdot. Kinda a dramatic yet casino like label. Dark as night. Smells like cassis and cut wood. Maybe some rain on granite. A ‘wine’ over fruit based nose. Flavors are clean and precise. More of the black currant and also black cherry and blackberries. A hint of minerality. This reminds me of a Bordeaux with Merlot. It’s a fine wine. Aged well. Could go for 10 more years. — a year ago

2014 Alicante Bouschet. Deep dark black cherries with some baking spices on the nose. It smells super meaty. Nice plum/prune at the tip of the tongue. Nice jammy and grippy mid palate with a nice peppery soft finish. If you could eat this wine, I would join you! — 10 years ago

Monastrell grape is the first player scoring on your nose followed by pepper supplied by cab sauvignon and some merlot hints to round a perfect smell. On mouth this wine lasts long, rounded, long with a very consistent after taste. A great great one. 29€ per bottle. — 10 years ago
