Dark Ruby with aromas of fresh black fruits, complex with sweet spice. On the palate flavors of juicy black cherry and blackberry flavors with notes of cacao, oak and toasty spices, from cooler vintage. Deep ruby with aromas of dark fruit, sweet spice and herbs. On the palate of this mostly Cab Sauv with a splash of Cabernet Franc (sometimes they use Merlot), sat on French oak for 18 months, about 30% new, deep Ruby with aromas of berries and rich spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with tobacco spice, toasty oak and floral notes. Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, spice and hints of sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and currants with licorice, cacao, vanilla and savory herbs.
