So silky and weighty for a NZ Sauv Blanc (clearly from the extra hangtime and the Semillon). Love the melange of pyrazines and tropical fruit on the nose with savory herbs and lemon pith on the finish. Finding it hard to put this glass down!

A softer SB than I usually go for, but it was so fragrant and delicious. Strawberry, peach, pineapple, crushed grass and apple.
