"Look for aromas of melon, white flowers, and a touch of almond, along with a classic Campanian elegance on the palate." what a treat it is for fans of Italian whites. — 11 days ago

Flora Beneventano Falanghina 2010

We tasted seven white wines from Campania and Sicily, all single grape varietals, 2009-2012. Clear standout of the group, our consensus #1! — 2 months ago

Cantina del Taburno

Amineo Coda di Volpe 2019

Delicate, but feels a little flimsy. Missing some acidity. Seems lighter than 13% abv.

Update: I enjoyed this much more on the second day, so I bumped up my rating. More floral complexity and dry citrus came through. Also better not too cold - give it 30 minutes out of the fridge.

Peppery, full bodied and acidic. Solid choice that wants bbq ribs instead of pizza. — 2 months ago

I love love love this wine! 100% Falanghina from Italy. I have previously posted this wine. I recommend it to everyone. Paired with salmon and tiger shrimp tonight. Great way to end the day. Cheers! — a month ago

Falanghina del Sannio 2020

Delectable Wine

The 2020 Falanghina del Sannio aims to please with ripe apples, pears and sweet white smoke. It’s silky in feel mixing ripe orchard fruits with saline-minerality and a buzz of lime-infused acidity. This remains wonderfully energetic throughout and finishes crisp with a twang of sour citrus. $17.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, September 2021) — 2 months ago

Kerres Beneventano IGT Piedirosso

Deep mahogany, round fruit with some spice. Little tannic by itself, definitely a food wine. — 2 months ago
